Proposal Development and Negotiation:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Address client concerns and objections effectively.




Market Analysis and Competitor Assessment:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and strategies.




Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management.




Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the customer support and post-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.




Training and Development:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, particularly in IT products, ERP, websites, or integrated solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
